Job Description

Responsible for the design, content, user experience (UX) and tracking of the organization's digital properties, including all customer-facing third-party portals. Develops web and digital strategies to engage members, providers, brokers and prospects. Ensures brand alignment of all digital communication channels.

1. Develops web and digital strategies to engage a diverse set of audiences in order to help achieve the short- and long-term goals of the department.

2. Responsible for the design and UX of all digital properties, including, but not limited to, websites, customer portals, online payment portal and provider search tool.

3. Creates, updates and publishes content across various digital channels and touchpoints; ensures content accuracy.

4. Develops website landing pages and other web projects requiring moderate coding experience, as appropriate.

5. Coordinates and manages major website enhancements and digital initiatives, overseeing associated agencies, consultants and other vendors.

6. Develops and executes email marketing programs, including template design, message testing, audience segmentation and tracking.

7. Works closely with the Product Marketing team to analyze and improve online prospect funnels and increase conversions.

8. Collaborates with Corporate Communications to design, maintain and publish content on the employee Intranet.

9. Ensures proper brand alignment and positioning, as well as tone and style consistency, across all digital channels.

10. Analyzes website traffic, behavior flows and user engagement metrics to identify trends and optimize performance.

11. Identifies and executes on SEO best practices, including technical and content improvements, to drive organic traffic.

12. Evaluates emerging technologies and creative digital growth strategies, providing perspective for adoption when appropriate.

13. Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Interactive Design or related field, required.

* Minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible website development and digital experience, required; social media experience not applicable.

* Advanced knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, content management systems and email marketing programs, required; experience with Umbraco, preferred.

* Understanding of web fundamentals, including web design principles and approaches, and their impact on the user experience.

* Experience with website optimization, user funnels, and A/B and multivariate experiments.

* Ability to manage a variety of projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines.

Excellent written, verbal, organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
