Job Description

The Digital Media team is a sub-group within the Media team at Allstate.  This team develops strategy for and execution of online marketing programs supporting awareness, consideration, prospect demand generation, and capture. This team is responsible for execution of all paid digital media activity for the organization.  The mission is to help drive profitable growth for the enterprise.


Job Summary

The Digital Media Ad Operations Analyst will support digital advertising operations across all campaigns.  The scope of tactics includes online display, mobile, video, native, streaming radio, custom content creation/syndication and custom sponsorships.  Inventory is sourced from a combination of programmatic partnerships and direct to publisher deals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist digital team with all executional aspects of the campaign management process – tagging  recommendations/implementation, campaign setup, delivery management (pacing, budget, spend), billing and forecasting
    • Manage all initial and revised contracts and IOs for assigned campaigns
    • Oversee trafficking process for assigned campaigns
    • Ensure all media has appropriate 3rd party tags
    • Ensure proper pacing of viewable, human impression delivery for all campaigns
    • Pull any ad hoc reporting requested by campaign manager or other internal partner
  • Assist Ad Operations associate manager in all aspects of the day-to-day management of trafficking and billing for all campaigns
  • Keep trafficking sheets updated per new campaigns or changes to existing campaigns
  • Ensure all campaigns and placements follow Allstate naming convention
  • Ensure all landing pages have analytics coding before launching
  • Ensure media campaigns go live per deadlines given
  • Assist Ad Operations associate manager in all monthly billing reconciliation
  • Assist in publisher on-boarding as needed
  • Work closely with digital media team to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly
  • Alert supervisor to any issues related to campaign performance, delivery or billing

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required - Marketing concentration preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of previous work experience in digital media
  • Capacity to organize and manage detail work
  • Excellent Excel skills, including understanding of advanced formulas and functions
